HISTORY OF CROSSTIES

Originally constructed in the early 1900’s, the Crossties Event Center is located deep within the heart of downtown Texarkana in the newly established Arkansas Entertainment District. This amazing venue has been completely restored to keep the historic charm of the building while skillfully transforming the modern amenities needed to give our guests the best possible experience. Crossties is a multilevel event venue that provides everything imaginable to create the most unique and memorable of events. We are perfectly suited to host a wide variety of events including weddings, receptions, rehearsals, catered dinners, corporate events, birthday parties, quinceañeras, banquets, reunions, family gatherings, concerts, festivals, school dances, holiday parties, trade fairs, galas and much, much more! With 36,000 square feet of elegant space, Crossties can meet the needs of any size crowd. We oﬀer unique areas throughout, including upstairs and outdoors. Crossties has an original grand staircase leading up to large adjoining spaces that can be reserved individually, or used jointly, to accommodate our larger events. Our venue also features a full bar, platform stage, dressing rooms, catering area, patio, and ample parking that you and your guests are more than welcome to take advantage of. We are proud to turn one of Texarkana’s oldest historical buildings into a unique and renovated place of service for our community.
